  • Is it possible to change my date?

    Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 3 hours notice for Airport transfers. 24 hours notices is required for Hourly bookings

  • Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

    Trips canceled due to inclement weather or canceled flights are 100% refundable. No refunds after the driver has been dispatched from our office.

  • How does the billing process work?

    Once you have made your booking you will receive a email confirmation with a link to pay, please pay you invoice at least 24 hours before your trips starts

  • What is the process for arriving at IND?

    Our driver will text you when you land and will arrange to pick you up either at terminal curb side or at the bottom of the escalator in Baggage Claim.

  • Can I receive a receipt for my order?

    Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number.
