Our vehicles have a dedicated mechanic through Hoosier Auto Man LLC to maintain and keep all our vehicles in the highest condition of safety and performance.


Comments

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Email us at any point and we will happily delete your account and any information stored in our system

Credit Card Processing. Lightning Limo complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI”) by scheduling quarterly PCI scans of our system and a once a year full PCI Audit conducted by a third party vendor specializing in PCI compliance.


Minors.  Lightning Limo does not knowingly collect information from minors 13 years of age and younger. If Lightning Limo becomes aware of the collection of information from a minor we will take steps to delete that information from our system.


Special Information for European Union Users. If you have used our services while in the European Union you have the right to file a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor (“EDPS”), regarding personal data processed specifically for those events.
